Where do you ship?

Oasis Snacks ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Canada or any other address outside the continental USA, but hope to do so in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $30 to the following states:

Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, new Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Orders less than $30 and/or being shipped to Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, will incur a shipping charge of at least $4.99, exact amount depending on the destination and order size.

When will I receive my order?

We don't guarantee exact delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates. All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days and an email with the tracking number is sent once the order leaves our warehouse. Most orders typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days.

Why isn't shipping always free?

Shipping a single bottle of water or a pack of snacks across the country comes at a significant cost to the environment. Our $30 threshold for free shipping ensures a lower carbon footprint and less packaging waste.

 

Returns and Replacements

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for goods that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

For buyer’s remorse or discretionary returns — including cases where the customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind — returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All discretionary returns must include the original vendor packaging, tags, and labels, and be in new and unused condition to qualify for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original form of payment.
